The Ozzi Roll: Florida: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Ozzi Roll: Florida (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Ozzi, Inc, 1211 West 6th Street, 600-113, Austin, TX 78703 ("Sponsor"), which sells Ozzi products at heyozzi.com.

2. Agreement to these rules

By using a roll you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Winning is subject to meeting every requirement in these rules.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of Florida who are 18 or older at the time they receive a roll.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.

This Promotion is void outside Florida and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

This Promotion is separate from The Ozzi Roll and The Ozzi Roll: New York. Each is its own promotion with its own official rules, eligibility, dates and prizes: The Ozzi Roll at https://roll.heyozzi.com/rules; The Ozzi Roll: New York at https://roll.heyozzi.com/new-york/rules. A roll belongs to one promotion only, decided by the state the order ships to or, for a free entry, the state of the mailing address on the entry.

4. Promotion period

This Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on October 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026, or earlier if the Prize Limit in rule 8 is reached (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

5. How to get a roll

There are two ways to get a roll. Every roll has the same odds of winning, however it was obtained.

A. With a qualifying order. You receive one roll automatically, with no extra step, for each Qualifying Order. A "Qualifying Order" is an order that meets all of the following:

• It is placed at heyozzi.com and paid in full, in U.S. dollars, during the Promotion Period.
• It ships to an address in Florida.
• It has not been cancelled.
• It was not placed with either of the discount codes CRUSH15 or CAPS15. An order that uses one of those codes receives the discount and no roll.
• If the order includes any subscription item, it qualifies only if it is the order that starts the subscription or the third renewal order of that subscription. Cancelled orders are not counted when numbering renewals.

Limit: two (2) rolls from Qualifying Orders per person per calendar month. Rolls must be at least 7 days apart: an order placed less than 7 days after your last roll from a Qualifying Order was issued does not receive one. Your roll is shown on the order confirmation page right after checkout and on your order status page. No email is sent for a roll from a Qualifying Order.

B. Free, without a purchase. To get one roll without making a purchase, do either of the following during the Promotion Period:

1. Online form. Go to https://roll.heyozzi.com/florida/enter, complete the free entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth and the flavor you would like if you win, print the entry page the form gives you, and mail that page in a stamped envelope to: The Ozzi Roll: Florida Entries, 1211 W 6th St, #600-113, Austin, TX 78703.
2. Handwritten card. Hand print "The Ozzi Roll: Florida", your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth and the flavor you would like if you win on a 3 by 5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to the same address.

Your date of birth is used only to confirm that you meet the age requirement in rule 3. An entry that leaves out any of the items above is incomplete.

One entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 7, 2026. Limit: two (2) mail-in rolls per person and per household per calendar month. Free entry rolls must also be at least 7 days apart: an entry received less than 7 days after your last free entry roll was issued is void.

Within 5 business days after Sponsor receives a valid mail-in entry, it sends a roll link to the email address on the entry. Illegible, incomplete, altered and postage-due entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected mail. Entries become Sponsor's property and are not returned.

C. Using a roll. Each roll has its own roll code. Open your roll, on your order status page or from the link in your free entry email, and press the button once. A roll must be used within 72 hours after it is issued. A roll from a Qualifying Order is issued when the order is paid. A roll from a free entry is issued when Sponsor emails its roll link. The roll shows its deadline. The same 72 hours apply to a roll from a Qualifying Order and a roll from a free entry. Unused rolls expire and have no value. Rolls cannot be transferred, sold or combined.

6. How a roll is decided

Sponsor does not pick the result of a roll and cannot change it. Each roll is decided by a public random number from an independent service.

1. When you press the button, your roll is matched to a random number that has not been released yet. Nobody can know it ahead of time, including Sponsor.
2. A few seconds later that number is released to the public. Together with your roll code, it gives a number from 1 to 6, each equally likely. That number is your roll.
3. A 6 wins.

The animated die shows the result. It does not decide it. If the die or any message shows a different number because of a technical error, the number from the steps above controls.

Once the button is pressed, a roll cannot be cancelled, repeated or changed. If you leave before the result is shown, the roll is still decided and you can see the result at your roll link.

If the public random number is delayed, your roll waits for it. If the service is permanently shut down, Sponsor will replace the roll with a new one decided by a comparable public source.

Anyone can check any roll at https://roll.heyozzi.com/verify, which also shows the exact method.

7. Odds

The odds of winning on each roll are 1 in 6. The odds are the same for a roll from a Qualifying Order and a roll from a free entry. The number of winners depends on the number of rolls used.

8. Prizes

Order roll. If a roll issued for a Qualifying Order lands on 6, the prize is a refund of the full amount you paid for that order, including items, shipping and tax, less any amount already refunded on it. The refund goes to the original payment method. The order still ships. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize equals the amount paid for the order.

Free entry roll. If a roll issued for a free entry lands on 6, the prize is one free order of Ozzi Crave Crusher in the flavor named on the entry, or in another flavor chosen by Sponsor if that flavor is not available, shipped free to the winner's mailing address. ARV: $50.

Prize Limit. The total value of all prizes in this Promotion will not be more than $4,999 (the "Prize Limit").

A roll can be used only while the prizes already won in this Promotion, plus the prizes at stake in rolls that are locked and waiting for a result, plus that roll's own prize, are together within the Prize Limit. If your roll's prize does not fit within what is left, the roll cannot be used.

When no roll can be used because of the Prize Limit, this Promotion ends, even if that is before the end date. Rolls that were issued but not used by then have no value.

Prizes cannot be transferred. No substitution or cash alternative is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a free entry prize of equal or greater value.

An order refunded as a prize is not eligible for any other refund, credit or satisfaction guarantee from Sponsor for that same order.

9. Winners: notice, verification and payment

A winner is told on the roll page as soon as the roll is settled.

Order roll winners. Sponsor issues the refund within 10 business days after the winning roll and a refund notice is sent to the email address on the order. Banks and card issuers may take more time to show the refund.

Free entry winners. Sponsor emails the winner within 5 business days to arrange the prize. A winner who does not reply within 14 days forfeits the prize.

Sponsor may ask a winner for proof of identity, age and residency before paying a prize.

A prize is forfeited if the winner is not eligible under these rules, if the roll was obtained by fraud or in breach of these rules, or if the Qualifying Order was cancelled, charged back or fully refunded before the prize was paid. If a prize is paid and the order's payment is later charged back, Sponsor may recover the prize.

Taxes. All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 where the law requires it.

10. General conditions

• The limits in these rules apply per person. Orders and entries made under different names, email addresses or accounts by the same person are counted together.
• Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with this Promotion, uses automated means or more than one identity to get around a limit, or otherwise breaks these rules. Sponsor will not reject or disqualify an entry arbitrarily.
• If fraud, a technical failure or another cause outside Sponsor's control stops this Promotion from running as planned, Sponsor may suspend or end it, to the extent the law allows. Any roll whose button was pressed before that point will still be settled, and any winning roll will be honored.
• Sponsor is not responsible for typing errors in Promotion materials, for lost or delayed emails, or for failures of any network, device or software.
• If Sponsor does not enforce a term of these rules, it has not given up the right to enforce it later.

11. Release and limits on liability

By using a roll you release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties"), to the extent the law allows, from any claim arising from this Promotion or from accepting or using a prize.

To the extent the law allows, the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and their total liability to any person is limited to the value of the prize at stake in that person's roll. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, any dispute arising from this Promotion will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, under the laws of the State of Delaware, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Privacy

Sponsor uses the information it collects to run this Promotion, pay prizes and meet its legal duties, and otherwise as described in its Privacy Policy at https://heyozzi.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sending a free entry does not add you to any marketing list.

Roll codes and results may be shown on a public results page. That page does not show names, email addresses, order numbers or dates.

14. Publicity

Sponsor will not publish a winner's name or likeness without that winner's permission.

15. Winners list and copies of these rules

For a list of winners of prizes worth more than $25, or a copy of these rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Ozzi, Inc, 1211 West 6th Street, 600-113, Austin, TX 78703, within 60 days after the Promotion Period ends. The winners list shows each winner's first name, the first letter of their last name, and their state. Sponsor gives a winner's full last name only to a state agency that asks for it. 16. No affiliation

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Google or any other platform where it may be mentioned. The public random numbers described in rule 6 come from drand, an independent public service. Its operators have no part in this Promotion.
